Kimberly Merriman is an educator, scholar, business advisor and entrepreneur with expertise in compensation, workforce analytics & human capital and a long-term involvement in the real estate industry. 

She is widely published and frequently cited as an authoritative source by outlets such as the Wall Street JournalFast Company, Business News Daily, and The Conference Board's Director Notes on executive compensation.
